My photographic style is built around a variety of hands on photographic experience from working in food and still life photography, fashion photography, portraiture and of course weddings.

For me though it is working with real authentic people and capturing true emotions that make weddings so unique and important to me. It gives my job photographing weddings meaning beyond anything else that I experience in the commercial photography world.

I photograph many weddings on Waiheke Island where I am lucky enough to live and know the wedding venues like Mudbrick well. I come across to Auckland to photograph weddings and have been taken to Matakana, Taupo, Bay of Islands and Nelson so far in my wedding adventures and hope to be asked to many more places.

The variety of my couples is vast but I would say that they are all concerned with the bigger picture - their family and friends, the atmosphere on the day, capturing authentic moments as well as beautiful portraits thrown into the mix.

But that is not their only reason to go with me as their photographer. I am told my vibe is happy and relaxed which is important as I am with you as a support, friend and photographer on your wedding day.

It is a real honour to be trusted to record a wedding and I love each and every one that I do and getting to know you both as a couple.

“You made the day enjoyable you let us be us and just did your thing! You’re communication was amazing!! Considering we were in Australia and you NZ, the communication was flawless and seamless.

We have had nothing but racing reviews from family and friends.

The most grateful newly married couple,
Mr and Mrs Williamson”
